This is a great sale of Quality Restaurant Cafe & Beauty Parlour/ Spa, Commercial Equipment - -- -- Sprinkled with some great cared for Estate & Antique items as well as some clean, high end medical assist equipment.
We are proud to be dispersing the estate of a well respected, long time sutton family and will be holding this sale on premises in downtown Sutton Ont.
This is a ONE DAY ONLY pick up auction, which is Sat Oct 2 2021, 9 am - 4pm ONLY
Please make Yourself available or arrange for Someone else to pick up on your behalf, otherwise we deem your goods abandoned and monies paid will be forfeited for handling and aggravation.
We plan to have a scheduled viewing by appt if we are allowed with current covid restrictions, if allowed a date and appt schedule will be announced. Viewing is one day only Fri Sept 24th from 330 - 730 pm, please reserve at marketing@g-a-s.ca asap.
All covid protocols will be followed and all are required to social distance and to wear a mask while onsite
There will be a 5% buyers premium added to purchase price of all winning bids, plus a 3% credit card convience fee ( combined as an 8% buyers premium on all invoices, as well as 13% Hst added to all sales.
Will will offer shipping for small items with a min handling fee of 10.00, plus packaging &postage.
Please be aware that most larger items WILL NOT SHIP and therefore it is your total responsibility to arrange for help to lift, load and transport your goods purchased home safely.
