Auction Terms & Conditions No Reserves or Buyers premium, Except for items not being picked up and are to be shipped, will have a 10% buyers premium applied,( Min 10.00 charge for handling) plus packaging & regular mail postage.Please state if shipping is required, please post in auctioneers notes upon registration.

3% will be added to all Credit Card Transactions (Shown as a buyers premium).
13% Hst will be added to highest bid.
All Items are to be paid for at end of sale once invoiced,c/c on file will be automatically debited as there will be no cashier on site day of pickup, paid in full invoice will be required to pick up items.
All items are being sold as is where is,with all faults. We try to purvey items conditions and authenticity with pictures and descriptions, we still invite you to investigate further, to your satisfaction.
Buyer is responsible for loading and transportation of all goods purchased on pick up day.

A Paid in Full Invoice will be required for pickup, Please Bring With you as we are trying to limit the contact of persons and congestion at pick up point.
This will be curbside only pickup, Please bring packaging for all breakables purchased.

Failure to abide by these rules will forefit monies paid, and if you are unable to cooperate, please refrain from bidding on such items.
Paid in full receipt will be required for all items being picked up as no cashier onsite / contactless payments / curbside pickups.
